In Arunachal Pradesh, State BJP President Dr Tangor Tapak had a narrow escape last night when assailants shot at him from a close range. According to sources, the incident took place near Pasighat town in East Siang district when Dr Tapak was on his way to Rani Village. Home Minister Tako Dabi visited the spot and assured prompt action on the incident. In the meanwhile, BJP while condemning the incident urged to ensure safety of every citizen party also demanded for adequate security to Dr. Tapak.
