Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore said that the Arun Prabha channel of Prasar Bharati will start soon. <br/><br/>Talking to AIR at Borjhar airport in Guwahati today, the Minister also said that a 100 watt FM channel is also coming up at Bomdila in Arunachal Pradesh. The Minister will be attending a program at Bomdila.
