The Defence Minister today said India wants to normalize the relationship with Pakistan but it depends on Islamabad whether it wants the same.

Addressing the India Summit of the World Economic Forum in New Delhi, Mr Arun Jaitley said, New Delhi has sent clear signals that it is willing to speak to Pakistan to normalize relations between the two countries.

Mr Jaitley said, India wants to speak to Pakistan but Islamabad has to decide whether it wants to speak to New Delhi or those who want to break India.

The Defence Minister reiterated that the kind of misadventure Pakistan is creating by killing civilians along LoC and Borders will probably have consequences which will be unaffordable to it.
