<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister Arun Jaitley today said a vote of No Confidence against the government is a serious business and not an occasion for frivolity. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a Facebook post, Mr Jaitley said that the lead participants in the debate are normally senior political leaders who are expected to raise the level of political discourse. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He pointed out that Congress President Rahul Gandhi missed a great opportunity and opined that Mr Gandhi's lack of understanding is not only confined to basic issues but also to the niceties of protocol. He said Rahul Gandhi has lowered his own credibility by concocting a conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Jaitley said the Congress President has repeatedly shown that he is ignorant of facts. The Minister said that to insist on disclosure of financial details, which indirectly involves the disclosures of the strategic equipment on the aircraft, is hurtful to national interest. </span>
