Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has left for Singapore and Hong Kong on a four-day visit, during which he will meet top leaders and investors from both countries. <br/><br/>In a statement issued by the Ministry of Finance said, Mr Jaitely will address a Summit, 'India: A Heaven of Opportunity in Globally Challenging Times'. He will also meet Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and hold bilateral meetings with other leaders.
