Arun Jaitley accuses Congress of riding on caravan of falsehood & forgeries

<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister Arun Jaitley has accused the Congress party of riding on what he called the caravan of falsehood and forgeries to influence voters ahead of Lok Sabha polls. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a Facebook post, Mr Jaitley alleged that forged and fabricated photocopies manufactured and provided by Congress were passed off as BJP leader BS Yeddyurappa's diary. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He pointed out that a channel which claims to have earned the trust with viewers endorsed the falsehood and a newspaper which earned credibility with Bofors headlined the forgeries. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Minister highlighted that conventional print media followed conservative norms but social media has discarded these norms altogether. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Jaitley said if the right to publish is a part of free speech, the right to live with honour and reputation is an equally essential ingredient of the Right to Life. He said voters are wiser than politicians, and also wiser than those who ride on the caravan of falsehood and forgeries.</span><br />
