Artificial hip joint and eyes manufactured by Bio-Ceramics will be available in the market soon. The Central Glass and Ceramics Research Institute of Kolkata has produced these items at very cheaper cost. The Director General of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CISR) Mr.Samir Bramhachari told in Kolkata that the cost of the artificial hip joint will be ten thousand rupees while Orbital implantation will cost only three thousand four hundred rupees. The Central Glass and Ceramics Research Institute has signed in a Memorandum of Understanding with a Company today for marketing of the product.<br/>
