The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI has arrested Manoj Das, CMD of Kamyab TV in the multi-crore Artha Tatwa group scam in Odisha.

CBI sources said, the investigating agency also arrested owner of a Odiya newspaper, Odisha Bhaskar ,Madhusudan Mohanty in the case.

Das and Mohanty are accused of siphoning of funds of the group. After last week's arrest of media entrepreneur Bikash Swain in connection with the scam, the CBI had mounted surveillance on Das and Mohanty for their alleged complicity in the fraud.

On Wednesday, Das was grilled by the CBI for over three hours.
