The Congress has attributed to the arrogance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as being responsible for the ongoing stalemate in Parliament. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, party leader Anand Sharma alleged that it seems Mr Modi is not serious about smooth functioning of both the Houses. <br/><br/>Mr Sharma criticized the government for blaming Congress for continued disruptions. He wanted to know whether the BJP will apologize for obstructing India's growth story by constant blocking and disruptions of parliament proceedings when it was in opposition.
