<br/>A special court of Jharkhand Vigilance department has issued arrest warrant on Wednesday against the ex-Chairman of Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and 31 others, including the ex- members and officers of the Commission. They have been charged with bungling in the selections of various appointments in the past.<br/>
