<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Ladakh, adequate arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of the Annual Exams of Class 10th and 12th. This was stated by the first Director Education of  Ladakh Mumtaz Ali during an exclusive interview with AIR News.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Ali said that some examination centres have made arrangements for heating for the students this time, but from the next session heating arrangements will be made available at all the centres of the region as required.<br />'' <br />'' Referring to the Model Schools in the district, he welcomed the villagers or parents, who are willing to adopt government schools in their areas and expressed hope that this will bring revolution in the education scenario of the district.<br />'' <br />'' Answering to the question of General Transfers, Mr Ali said that his department will form a proper transfer policy after consulting LAHDC, Kargil and other stake holders which will be implemented strictly as transfer is the best tool for ensuring accountability and performance appraisal. </span><br />''  <br />
