Around 80 lakh patients were treated under the Ayushman Bharat scheme till last month. Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan said, while replying a question, in Rajya Sabha today, out of 80 lakh patients, around 49 lakh patients were admitted in the Government Hospital whereas 31 lakh patients were treated in the Private Hospitals. He said, among States and Union Territories, maximum patients were treated in Gujarat. He said, more than 12 lakh patients were got admission in the hospitals of Gujarat.<br />''<br />''The Minister further said that in the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, more than 60 thousand people have been admitted in the hospitals.<br />''<br />''Dr Harsh Vardhan said, around 17 hundred crore rupees were released to the States and Union Territories under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana till last month. He added that total revised allocation for the current fiscal year is 3,200 crore rupees.<br />
