As many as 58 Indians and 65 POK residents are stranded on both sides of the LOC due to suspension of “Karvan- e-Aman” Bus service between Pak Occupied Kashmir, POK, and Jammu and Kashmir. The Trade Facilitation Officer, Punch , Abdul Hamid Sheikh said that there would be no bus service on Monday. He said that the cross LOC Bus service between Chakan-da-bag and Rawalakote has been suspended by Pakistan and no time frame for starting the same has been conveyed.
This is the second time in last eight months that travel and trade across LOC has come to a grinding halt after Pakistan army refused to open gates.
