<span style="color: #222222;">The government today said till date around 37 crore LED bulbs, over 72 lakh LED tube lights and 23 lakh 59 thousand energy efficient fans have been distributed by Energy Efficiency Services Limited, EESL across the country.  <br />''<br />''Replying to a question in the Lok Sabha, Power Minister R K Singh said during the 12th plan period, Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LED for (UJALA) programme was taken up by EESL. He said under UJALA scheme, LED bulbs, tube lights and energy efficient fans are being distributed to the domestic consumers for replacement of conventional and inefficient variants.</span><br />
