Defence Minister Arun Jaitley today said the Army should be allowed to take decisions in a war like zone and they do not have to consult Members of Parliament. <br/><br/>Responding to a media query on situation in Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Jaitley said military solutions are to be provided by military officers and not through comments by politicians.
