Army, Police called in to control violence at Jaipur Army recruitment rally

In Rajasthan, army and police have been called to control the situation after unruly youth resorted to violence this morning at Govindgarh town in Jaipur district. The incident occurred after some rejected candidates for recruitment in territorial army resorted to stone pelting and damaged railway infrastructure including signals and gates at railway crossings. They also set ablaze railway engine, police bus and damaged some private vehicles.The unruly youth also blocked Jaipur-Bikaner National Highway. This recruitment rally was organized for candidates of Jaipur and Sikar districts.
