In Jammu and Kashmir, the Army today paid tributes to a soldier who was killed in sniper fire from across the Line of Control in Machil sector of Kupwara district.<br/><br/>An Army spokesman said Havaldar Satnam Singh sustained gunshot wounds in the attack on Wednesday when Pakistani army fired through sniper. Homage was paid to the valour and sacrifice of the Late soldier in a solemn ceremony held at Badami Bagh Cantonment in Srinagar.
