On the eve of 75th Independence Day, Indian Army today organised a 12 kms "Run for Nation" event at Kalaroos in north Kashmir's Kupwara district to celebrate the spirit of "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" and Naya Kashmir.<br />'' <br />'' The event was aimed at promoting the sports culture in the area to channelise the youth energy in right direction and to celebrate India's Independence.<br />'' <br />'' It was very heartening to see the enthusiasm and excitement of youth who turned up in large numbers to take part in this challenging run which was organised in the hilly terrain of Kalaroos by Indian Army. 460 youth aged between 15-35 years participated in this Run.<br />'' <br />'' The run was flagged off by Commanding Officer, Humdard-e-Kupwara Battalion and BDC Kalaroos. Other prominent personalities also graced the occasion.<br />
