The Army today handed over the newly-built Bailey foot over-bridge near Jawaharlal Nehru stadium to the Delhi government. The Army engineers had started work on the bridge on Saturday and completed its construction within 5 days. The Army was approached by the Delhi Government after a 95-metre-long under-construction foot over-bridge came crashing down 10 days ago injuring 27 people.
