As violence escalated in the Kashmir Valley with fresh protests, Army chief General Dalbir Suhag today reviewed security situation in the state during his day-long visit. General Suhag this morning arrived at Jammu based 16 Corps at Nagrota.<br/><br/>According to official sources, Gen Suhag was briefed by the GOCs about their area of responsibilities and the preparedness to face any challenge besides situation.<br/>Sources said the Army chief also had detailed review about spill over of terrorism through Pir Panjal ranges as militants may make fresh attempts to sneak into Indian territory.
