Gen Dalbir Singh, Chief of the Army Staff today visited Jaipur based Headquarters South Western Command and reviewed the operational preparedness of the Sapta Shakti Command. <br/><br/>Upon his arrival at Jaipur, the Chief of the Army Staff was received and briefed in detail on the operational state of the Sapta Shakti Command by Lt Gen Sarath Chand, GOC-in-C, South Western Command. <br/><br/>After reviewing the state of preparedness of the Command, the Chief of the Army Staff expressed his deep satisfaction at the excellent state of operational readiness as well as measures undertaken by the Command to face evolving security challenges, especially along our Western Borders.
