Army Chief General Bipin Rawat today asserted that any matter of moral turpitude and corruption will be dealt with sternly in Maj. Leetul Gogoi case.&nbsp; Replying to the media query on the sidelines of a function in&nbsp; New Delhi, General Rawat said, a&nbsp; court of inquiry has recommended that&nbsp; Army should go in for court martial proceedings in the case.
