Addressing the Passing Out Parade after reviewing the Combined Graduation Parade at the Air Force Academy, Dundigal, on the outskirts of Hyderabad this morning, General Pandey said, the transformational reforms are underway in the Armed Forces, especially in Human Resources Development and other domains like capability development, are focussed on Aatmanirbharata.<br />''<br />''Stating that leveraging technology is essential mission mandate, General Pande said, the disruptive technologies are shaping character of the modern warfare. He further said that technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Robotics are no longer confined to theory, but physically essential at ground level.<br />''<br />''Mentioning that the country's security is a vast, complex and multi-faceted sector, the Army Chief said, the internal security is equally challenging. He asked the newly commissioned cadets to aspire greater glory ever and reminded them need for the high level of operational preparedness for the same. He further asked them to set themselves standards of higher discipline and dedication to duty and professional excellence.<br />''<br />''Earlier, General Pande presented the 'Wings' and 'Brevets' to the Flight Cadets who successfully completed flying and navigation training respectively. He also presented 'Wings' to the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard cadets on their successful completion of their flying training at Air Force Academy.</span><br />
