Two Indian Air Force Helicopters with teams from Allahabad have joined the ongoing rescue efforts at the Fatehpur accident site. Two Army teams are also engaged in relief and rescue operations at the accident site. Seriously injured persons are being taken to Kanpur hospital by Air Force helicopters. Several injured have been admitted to the community Health Centre in Malwan and the Fatehpur district hospital. The cause of the incident is not yet known.
