<span style="color: #222222;">Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has called on the international community to act decisively and recognize the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh, in order to stop the humanitarian disaster and escalation of this conflict.<br />'' <br />'' The fighting on the contact line in Karabakh began on the 27th of September. Armenia and Azerbaijan have accused each other of shelling peaceful settlements in the conflict zone.  <br />'' <br />'' Russia, US and France have  called to end the clashes and begin negotiations without preconditions. Meanwhile, Turkey has stated that it will provide Azerbaijan with any support it requests.<br />'' <br />'' </span><br />
