Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday said the role played by Armed Forces in the recent Chennai floods was par excellence, against all odds. <br/><br/>Speaking at a seminar in Delhi in the run up to 66th Army Day celebrations, Mr Parrikar said he gets pained when soldiers die. <br/><br/>He said sacrifice is always respected, but nation needs to neutralize the enemy. <br/><br/>On social media, the defence minister said non-existent issues get created.
