Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda has filed his nomination papers from Kharsawan Assembly seat. The by- election is scheduled to be held on 10th February and result would be announced on 17th February.Chief Minister Arjun Munda, an MP from Jamshedpur, was sworn in as the Chief Minister on 11th Sepetember, 2010 and had earlier won from Kharsawan in 1995, 2000 and 2003.
