Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Minister Dr Jitendra Singh today informed the Lok Sabha that Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy (ARCI) and Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) of Hyderabad has prepared a mask with copper to wear during this pandemic. He said this mask gives 99.9 per cent protection from infection. Dr Singh said a few thousand masks have been produced by the industry partner, Resil Chemicals Limited for pilot-scale demonstration and are being tested for certification.<br />''<br />''<br />
