India has described the cutting of diplomatic ties by Arab nations, including Saudi Arabia, with Qatar as internal matter of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). <br/><br/>External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said New Delhi is only trying to find out if any of its nationals is adversely impacted due to the development. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, the minister expressed hope that things will get normal within the GCC as such things have happened in the past as well.<br/><br/>There are approximately 6.5 lakh Indians in Qatar, making the largest expatriate community there.
