<span style="color: #222222;">A thick layer of smog engulfs Delhi as the Air Quality continues to be in the very poor category.  According to Central Pollution Control Board, the city's Air Quality Index was recorded 314 at 7 A.M. this morning. India Meteorological Department has forecast that the air quality is likely to remain in Very Poor category till Tuesday. An Air Quality Index between 201 and 300 is considered poor, 301 to 400 very poor and 401 to 500 severe.</span><br />
