Apple CEO Tim Cook started his much-anticipated India tour with a pre-dawn visit to the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple at Prabhadevi in Mumbai today. He was accompanied by Apple India head Sanjay Kaul and other Apple executives. The Apple CEO arrived in India late yesterday night. Mr. Cook's visit to India comes at a crucial point when the iPhone makers seek to cash in on the huge potential in the world's largest smartphone market.<br/><br/>Though Mr. Cook's schedule has not been made public, it is learnt that during the day, Mr. Cook may meet TATA Group Chairman Cyrus Mistry, Vodofone India CEO Sunil Sood, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) CEO N Chandrasekaran and interact with start-up community. He is also likely to meet Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis later in the day
