In Andhra Pradesh, MLAs from Telangana today moved the Supreme Court seeking a direction for the Assembly Speaker that their resignations be deemed to be accepted. <br/><br/>The petition filed by former MP and sitting MLA M Narayana Reddy was mentioned before a bench, headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan. The court said it will hear the matter on February 1 as listed by the registry. <br/><br/>The 139 MLAs, cutting across party lines, are named as petitioners in the matter.<br/>
