In Andhra Pradesh, peaceful polling is underway for by-election in Kadapa Lok Sabha and Pulivendula Assembly Constituencies. Heavy turn out of voters has been reported in the first few hours. About 52% polling was reported when last reports came in. State Chief Electoral officer Bhanwarlal told our Hyderabad Correspondent that no untoward incident has been reported so far.
