The Andhra Pradesh High Court has resumed functioning today amidst tight security arrangements on the court premises. The functioning which was brought to a standstill by agitating lawyers was resumed this morning. About 2,000 policemen were deployed on court premises and only lawyers and clients were allowed inside the premises. Meanwhile, High Court Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy, who had quit earlier, withdrew his resignation following the advice of the Chief Justice of the High Court.
