Andhra Pradesh High Court has continued hearing today over the CBI petition seeking custody of the Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy who was arrested in disproportionate assets case.While Jaganmohan Reddy filed a quash petition challenging his arrest, the CBI filed another petition against granting him judicial remand. The CBI argued that the accused tried to tamper with the evidence and he may be given for custody to get more details for the ongoing investigation. The arguments are still on.Meanwhile, the CBI special Court in Hyderabad is to give today its directions on his interim bail petition. Jaganmohan Reddy is on judicial remand till 11th of this month in Chanchalguda Central jail in Hyderabad.
