Andhra Pradesh High Court today continued hearing over the CBI petition seeking 10-day custody of the Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy who was arrested in a disproportionate Assets case against him. While Jaganmohan Reddy filed a petition challenging his arrest, the CBI filed another petition on granting him judicial Remand. The CBI argued that the accused tried to tamper with the evidence and he may be given for custody to get more details for the ongoing investigation.The High Court is yet to give its direction following the arguments.
