The Andhra Pradesh High Court today cancelled the bail granted to Viajaya Saireddy in the disproportionate assets case against Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. Vijaya Saireddy is the second accused in the case and a CBI special court in Hyderabad granted bail about a week ago. The high Court has cancelled the bail today while hearing a petition filed by CBI challenging the special court’s decision. Justice Bhanu asked the CBI court to give another hearing to the bail petition.Viajay Saireddy, auditor of Jagnamohan Reddy’s companies was arrested first in the first week of January this year in the illegal assets case.
