Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned hearing till 27th of this month over the bail petition filed by Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy. Jaganmohan Reddy was arrested and is presently on judicial remand in Chanchalguda central jail in Hyderabad in connection with the disproportionate assets case. He has moved the state High Court seeking bail following dismissal of his bail petition by the CBI special court in Hyderabad . The high Court also directed CBI to file a counter affidavit to take up hearing over his bail petition.
