Andhra Pradesh Government has opposed the introduction of BT Brinjal for commercial cultivation with out holding scientific studies. Chief Minister K Rosaiah has written a letter to the Union Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh two days ago seeking the centre to postpone the decision on BT Brinjal till its effects on Humans and cattle was known beyond all apprehensions.
