In the Seemandhra region of Andhra Pradesh, barring stray incidents, over 63 per cent of voters cast their vote by 3 PM . Chief Electoral Offcer Bhanwarlal told reporters that the EVMs have been destroyed at one polling station in Maoist affected Paderu Assembly segment under Araku Lok Sabha Constituency. The authorities have recommended re-poll. Rest of the places, the polling is underway normally.
