The proceedings of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly were disrupted on the last day of its budget session today over Telangana issue. This is the fourth consecutive day that the Assembly proceedings were stalled over the statehood issue. The State Appropriation Bill for the year 2012 has been passed by voice vote without having any discussion amidst uproar by opposition members. Speaker Manohar declared sine die of the house amidst uproar. Earlier, demanding for a resolution seeking statehood for Telangana, the Opposition TRS, BJP and TDP members from the region have stalled the proceedings in the morning.
