In Andhra Pradesh, polling began this morning in 17 Lok Sabha and 119 Assembly constituencies in the first phase. Reports are coming in from districts that polling began on-time amidst tight security and strict vigil in the sensitive and hyper sensitive areas especially on the inter-state boarders with Odisha, Maharastra and Chattisgadh.
