Senior Congress leader and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has refused to comment on spectrum controversy involving telecom minister A Raja.Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today, he said that whatever has to be said will be said in Parliament. Earlier during the day, top brass of Congress discussed the opposition demands for the removal of Telecom Minister A Raja from the Union Cabinet. The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and party chief Mrs Sonia Gandhi, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Political Secretary to the Congress President, Ahmed Patel attended the meet at Parliament House. Our correspondents reports ,the consultations by Congress leaders assume significance in the wake of the opposition, including BJP and the Left, threatening to continue to stall Parliament if Raja is not removed from the Union Council of Ministers. Meanwhile,the Supreme Court will hear the petition against Telecom Minister A Raja tomorrow. A bench comprising Justice G S Singhvi and Justice A K Ganguly would hear the two petitions filed by one NGO CPIL and Subramanian Swamy alleging corruption in the entire spectrum allocation.
