Defence Minister A.K.Antony today expressed concern over the reported incident of tension between the jawans and officials after a jawan reportedly committed suicide in the Samba Sector of Jammu and Kashmir. He, however, expressed confidence that the defence forces are capable of mitigating such situations and the incident could be taken as aberration.
