Government today said a total of 324 deaths have been reported due to rabies during the last three years. Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha, Health Minister J P Nadda said anti-rabies vaccine is available in sufficient quantity in the country. He said the procurement of anti-rabies vaccine is done by the state governments and the centre gives financial support to them. The National Health Mission is supporting the states for such activities.
