During his reply on budgetary provisions in state assembly today Mr. Yogi came down heavily on opposition and said that at a time when country is in the process of becoming economic superpower, protestors are only trying to disrupt the development of state and the opposition is behaving irresponsibly. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that Protests against CAA are unwanted for and administrative machinery in engaged in dealing with protests rather than in development works. Mr. Yogi said that CAA is a law meant for giving citizenship and PM Modi has repeatedly said that no body is going to loose his citizenship right due to this law.</span><br />''  <br />
