Mohammad Hamid Ansari will take oath of office for the second term as the Vice-President today. President Pranab Mukherjee will administer the oath of office to him at Rashtrapati Bhawan.
A former diplomat and UPA candidate, 75-year-old Ansari defeated his NDA rival Jaswant Singh in the Vice-Presidential election held on August 7.
