The upper reaches of Kashmir valley experienced another spell of snowfall today while the plains were lashed by rains.Gulmarg, the famous ski resort in North Kashmir witnessed snowfall for a brief period. However, the peripheral areas of the hill resort including Aferwath, Kongdoori and Khilanmarg, which are witnessing continuous snowfall since this evening, are already buried under over three feet of snow.Met office said western trough was the cause for the latest weather change in the region.
