Delhi Chief Minister Mrs Sheila Dikshit today launched another round of Pulse Polio Campaign to be kicked off tomorrow by administering anti-polio drops to a number of children in the national capital.The goverment has set a target of administring polio-drops to nearly 25 lakhs children upto the age group of 5 years.According to an official release,8,200 polio booths would be established tomorrow across the city to administer polio vaccine and around 35,000 workers and employees of the health Department would be deployed to ensure maximum reach to the children.
