A second Palestinian died within 24 hours after a tunnel caved in at Gaza's southern border with Egypt. Palestinian security sources today said, Ibraheem Abu Lehia, 21, a resident of Khan Younis city, suffocated inside the tunnel that collapsed suddenly. A worker had also been killed yesterday in a similar incident in Rafah city where hundreds of tunnels are dug to get around Israel's 35-month-old sanctions. Last week, four workers were killed when a tunnel collapsed and Islamic Hamas movement, which controls Gaza, accused Egypt of blowing up the tunnel and throwing poisonous gas inside. Egypt had denied Hamas' accusations.<br/>
